摘要
可持续蛋白有助于减少对传统动物蛋白的依赖,降低畜牧业对环境的压力,缓解资源短缺问题,为保障全球粮食安全和可持续发展提供新的解决方案,对于达成“碳达峰”“碳中和”目标也具有重要意义。本文从国际国内可持续蛋白产业形势对比,分析我国可持续蛋白产业目前面临的问题,提出面向产业发展的政策建议。
Sustainable proteins help reduce reliance on traditional animal proteins,alleviate the environmental pressure caused by animal husbandry,and ease resource shortages.Meanwhile,they provide new solutions for safeguarding global food security and sustainable development,and are also of great significance for achieving the goals of"carbon peaking"and"carbon neutrality".By comparing the development situation of the sustainable protein industry at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the current problems faced by China's sustainable protein industry and puts forward policy recommendations for industrial development.
