摘要
在磁力搅拌条件下,以壳聚糖、代森锰锌和三聚磷酸钠为原料制备壳聚糖载代森锰锌微囊。从菌落生长、菌落形成、抑制圈直径、液体摇培、生理指标等方面测定壳聚糖载代森锰锌微囊对禾谷镰刀菌的抑制活性。结果表明,壳聚糖载代森锰锌微囊的抑菌活性随浓度增加而增强。当壳聚糖载代森锰锌浓度为200μg/mL时,菌落生长抑制率达96.38%,能够完全抑制菌落形成,菌丝鲜重抑制率达98.31%,能够显著降低过氧化氢酶与多酚氧化酶活性。
In this experiment,chitosan-loaded mancozeb microcapsules were prepared by chitosan,mancozeb,and sodium tripolyphosphate as raw materials under magnetic stirring conditions.The inhibitory activity of chitosan-loaded mancozeb microcapsules against Fusarium graminearum was evaluated by measuring colony growth,colony-forming abilty,inhibition zone diameter,liquid shake culture,and physiological indicators.The results demonstrated that the antifungal activity of chitosan-loaded mancozeb microcapsules increased with concentration.At a concentration of 200μg/mL,chitosan-loaded mancozeb achieved a colony growth inhibition rate of 96.38%,completely suppressed colony formation,and reduced mycelial fresh weight by 98.31%.Additionally,it significantly decreased catalase and polyphenol oxidase activities.
