摘要
目的:探析医用臭氧治疗仪配合微波对阴道炎的治疗价值。方法:选取2022年11月~2024年11月漳州高新技术产业开发区靖圆中心卫生院诊治的阴道炎患者74例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组各37例。除常规的抗感染治疗外,对照组施以微波治疗,试验组施以医用臭氧治疗仪+微波治疗,两组疗程均为2周。比较两组临床疗效、阴道微生态指标,炎症因子及不良反应发生率。结果:试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组菌群多样性评分、pH值、菌群密度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组阴道灌洗液白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)浓度均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:医用臭氧治疗仪配合微波治疗阴道炎,能提升疗效,促进患者阴道微生态指标改善,并有利于炎症缓解,且具有较好的安全性。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic value of medical ozone therapy device combined with microwave for vaginitis.Methods:A total of 74 patients with vaginitis who were treated in Jingyuan Central Health Center of Zhangzhou High-Tech Industrial Development Zone from November 2022 to November 2024 were divided into a control group and an experimental group by the random number table method,37 patients in each group,in addition to conventional antiinfective therapy,the control group(37 cases)was treated with microwave therapy,and the experimental group(37 cases)was treated with medical ozone therapy device+microwave therapy,and the course of treatment in both groups was 2 weeks.The efficacy,vaginal microecological indexes,inflammatory factors and incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results:In the experimental group,total effective rate was higher than the control group(P<0.05),Following the treatment,the experimental group had lower microbial diversity,pH,and microbial density scores than the control group(P<0.05).Following the treatment,the concentrations of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),the experimental group had lower interleukin-8(IL-8)in the vaginal lavage fluid than the control group(P<0.05).The two groups showed no statistically significant difference in adverse reaction incidence(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of medical ozone therapy device and microwave in the treatment of vaginitis can improve the efficacy,promote the improvement of vaginal microecological indicators,and help alleviate inflammation,and has good safety.
