Objective To explore the research history and frontier hot hotspots of premature coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(re⁃ferred to as“coronary heart disease”),and to provide references for future research and clinical practice. Methods Literature related to premature coronary heart disease included in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from January 1,2013 to June 1,2023 was retrieved.CiteSpace software was used to analyze the collaboration status of research institutions, and conduct co occurrence, clustering, and burst analysis of keywords. Results After screening,a total of 1,512 literatures were finally included, and the number of publications showed an overall upward trend. The Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was the institution with the largest number of publications.High-frequency keywords included“coronary heart disease”,“risk factors”,“angina pectoris”,“cardiac function”and“blood lipids”,etc.,and 8 clusters and 18 burst keywords were generated. Conclusion The hotspots and frontiers in the field of premature coronary heart disease focus on aspects such as the primary disease and complications of coronary heart disease,micro-indicators,risk factors and prognosis, and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes.
