摘要
依托于叶巴滩水电站工程,对比分析了火山灰、磷渣粉和粉煤灰三种矿物掺和料在不同掺量(20%和30%)条件下对混凝土力学性能和耐久性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:在20%掺量时,磷渣粉混凝土表现出最优异的抗压强度(28 d达46 MPa)和劈拉强度(3.51 MPa),粉煤灰混凝土则具有最佳的轴拉强度(3.36 MPa)和极限拉伸值(1.34×10^(-4));耐久性方面,磷渣粉混凝土质量损失最小(0.3%),火山灰混凝土动弹性模量最高(89.3%)。随着掺量增至30%,所有混凝土性能指标均呈现不同程度的下降,其中粉煤灰混凝土的性能劣化最为显著。
Based on the Yebatan Hydropower Project,a comparative analysis was conducted on the effects of three mineral admixtures—volcanic ash,phosphorus slag powder,and fly ash-on the mechanical and durability properties of concrete under different mixing ratios(20%and 30%).The study results indicate that at a 20%mixing ratio,phosphorus slag powder concrete exhibited the best compressive strength(46 MPa at 28 days)and splitting tensile strength(3.51 MPa),while fly ash concrete had the best axial tensile strength(3.36 MPa)and ultimate tensile value(1.34×10^(-4)).In terms of durability,phosphorus slag powder concrete had the least mass loss(0.3%),and volcanic ash concrete had the highest dynamic elastic modulus(89.3%).As the mixing ratio increased to 30%,all performance indicators of the concrete showed varying degrees of decline,with the deterioration of fly ash concrete being the most significant.
