磷渣与粉煤灰复掺对混凝土性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为了解磷渣与粉煤复掺下对C40墩柱混凝土性能的影响情况,将其应用于G4216线屏山新市至金阳段高速公路XJ2标段新市互通段墩柱混凝土中,通过粉煤灰、磷渣等量替代水泥用量的方法研究了复合掺量20%、30%、40%情况下混凝土工作性、抗压强度及应用情况。结果表明:粉煤灰、磷渣复合有利于混凝土工作性能的提升,在复合掺量30%、40%时,具有较好的工作性能,但对其早期强度有一定的限制作用,同时,随复合掺量的增加,混凝土28 d抗压强度表现为先增大后减小趋势;将复合掺量30%应用于实际工程应用后发现其质量良好,具有较好的社会和经济价值。 To investigate the impact of combined additions of phosphogypsum and fly ash on the performance of C40 pier column concrete,these materials were incorporated into the pier column concrete of the XJ2 section of the New City Interchange on the G4216 Line Pingshan Xinshi to Jinyang Expressway.By substituting cement with equal proportions of fly ash and phosphogypsum,this study examined the workability,compressive strength,and application conditions of the concrete at combined replacement rates of 20%,30%,and 40%.The results indicate that the combination of fly ash and phosphogypsum enhances concrete workability.At combined replacement rates of 30%and 40%,the concrete exhibits superior workability but shows a certain restraining effect on early strength development.Additionally,as the combined replacement rate increases,the 28-day compressive strength initially rises before declining.After applying a 30%combined replacement rate in an actual project,it was observed that the concrete quality was satisfactory,demonstrating significant social and economic benefits..
