长江中游城市群城市创新企业集聚对创新能力增长的空间效应研究

Research on the Spatial Effect of Urban Innovation Enterprise Agglomeration on Innovation Capability Growth in the Yangtze River Midstream Urban Agglomeration

摘要 创新企业作为推动城市科技进步和产业转型的重要载体,正日益成为引领城市创新发展的关键引擎。文章以长江中游城市群为研究对象,选取1998—2022年创新企业数量和专利申请数量作为主要指标,运用ArcGIS空间分析、变异系数、泰尔指数及σ系数等方法,分析了长江中游城市群创新企业集聚与创新能力增长的时空格局,并构建空间面板杜宾模型,探究了长江中游城市群创新企业集聚对创新能力增长的影响。研究结果表明:(1)创新企业数量与专利申请量的整体年增长率存在波动性,且两者在空间上差异显著。(2)在全域尺度上,长江中游城市群创新企业集聚对创新能力增长的作用呈显著正相关,其中环长株潭城市群呈“U”型关系,集聚水平存在门槛效应。(3)长江中游城市群创新企业集聚水平对创新能力增长的影响存在空间溢出效应,但在三大子城市群中表现出显著的空间异质性。其中,武汉城市圈创新企业集聚对本地及周边创新能力增长起正向作用,环鄱阳湖城市群较好实现对本地城市创新能力增长的带动作用。 Research on the spatial effect of urban innovation enterprise agglomeration on the growth of innovation capability in the middle reaches of the Yangtze river urban agglomeration:Innovation is the core driving force for leading high-quality urban development.As an important carrier for promoting urban technological progress and industrial transformation,innovative enterprises are increasingly becoming a key engine leading urban innovation and development.This article takes the Yangtze River Midstream Urban Agglomeration as the research object,selects the number of innovative enterprises and patent applications from 1998 to 2022 as the main indicators,and uses ArcGIS spatial analysis,coefficient of variation,Theil index,andσcoefficient methods to analyze the spatiotemporal pattern of innovative enterprise agglomeration and innovation capacity growth in the Yangtze River Midstream Urban Agglomeration.A spatial panel Durbin model is constructed to explore the impact of innovative enterprise agglomeration on innovation capacity growth in the Yangtze river midstream urban agglomeration.The research results indicate that:1)there is volatility in the overall annual growth rate of the number of innovative enterprises and patent applications,and the two have significant spatial differences;2)On a global scale,the agglomeration of innovative enterprises in the middle reaches of the Yangtze river urban agglomeration has a significant positive correlation with the growth of innovation capability.Among them,the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration shows a"U"-shaped relationship,and there is a threshold effect on the level of agglomeration;3)There is a spatial spillover effect of the agglomeration level of innovative enterprises in the middle reaches of the Yangtze river urban agglomeration on the growth of innovation capability,but significant spatial heterogeneity is observed in the three major sub urban agglomerations.Among them,the clustering of innovative enterprises in the Wuhan urban agglomeration has a positive effect on the growth of local and surrounding innovation capabilities,while the Poyang Lake urban agglomeration has achieved a good driving effect on the growth of local urban innovation capabilities.
