摘要
目的分析CT检查对腹部闭合性外伤致肠与肠系膜损伤的检出率及影像学征象。方法回顾性分析2021年8月至2024年2月于医院经手术确诊的60例腹部闭合性外伤致肠及肠系膜损伤患者的临床资料。所有患者术前均行CT检查,分析CT检查对腹部闭合性外伤致肠与肠系膜损伤的检出率及主要影像学征象。结果60例患者中,CT检出肠及肠系膜损伤57例(空回肠及肠系膜损伤21例,结肠及肠系膜损伤36例),检出率为95.00%,漏诊率为5.00%。腹部闭合性外伤致肠及肠系膜损伤的主要CT影像学征象包括肠系膜水肿或肠壁间水肿(25例,占比43.86%)、腹腔积液(52例,占比91.23%)、肠系膜脂肪密度升高(40例,占比70.18%)。结论CT检查对腹部闭合性外伤致肠及肠系膜损伤的检出率较高,主要影像学征象包括肠系膜水肿或肠壁间水肿、腹腔积液及肠系膜脂肪密度升高。
Objective To analyze the detection rate and imaging features of CT examination for intestinal and mesenteric injuries caused by closed abdominal trauma.Methods With the retrospective analysis of clinical data from 60 patients with intestinal and mesenteric injuries caused by closed abdominal trauma diagnosed by surgery in hospitals from August 2021 to February 2024,CT examinations were conducted on all patients before the operation.The detection rate and main imaging features of CT examination in intestinal and mesenteric injuries caused by closed abdominal trauma were analyzed.Results Among the 60 patients,57 cases were detected by CT(21 cases of jejunal/ileal and mesenteric injuries,and 36 cases of colonic and mesenteric injury),with a detection rate of 95.00%and a missed diagnosis rate of 5.00%.The main CT imaging features of intestinal and mesenteric injuries caused by closed abdominal trauma included mesenteric edema or edema between intestinal walls(25 cases,accounting for 43.86%),peritoneal effusion(52 cases,accounting for 91.23%),and increased mesenteric fat density(40 cases,accounting for 70.18%).Conclusion With the high detection rate of CT examination for intestinal and mesenteric injuries caused by closed abdominal trauma,its main imaging features include mesenteric edema or edema between intestinal walls,peritoneal effusion,and increased mesenteric fat density.
