摘要
目的探究饮食控制欠佳妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)孕妇控糖中门冬胰岛素联合地特胰岛素的应用疗效。方法回顾性选取2022年1月—2023年12月中国人民武装警察部队福建省总队医院收治的80例饮食控制欠佳的GDM孕妇的临床资料,以差异性治疗方法分为两组,对照组40例采用地特胰岛素注射液治疗、观察组40例在对照组基础上加入门冬胰岛素注射液治疗。比较两组妊娠结局、血糖水平及临床疗效。结果比较对照组,观察组不良妊娠结局发生率、糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖水平均更低,治疗总有效率更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在饮食控制欠佳GDM孕妇控糖治疗中选择门冬胰岛素联合地特胰岛素治疗方案,可改善妊娠结局,提高控糖效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of insulin aspart combined with insulin detemir in poor diet control of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods The clinical data of 80 pregnant women with GDM with poor dietary control admitted to Fujian Provincial General Hospital of the Chinese People's Armed Po⁃lice Force from January 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to different treatment meth⁃ods,they were divided into control group(insulin detemir injection treatment)and observation group(insulin aspart in⁃jection treatment on the basis of the control group),with 40 cases in each group.The pregnancy outcome,glucose con⁃trol effect and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,glycated hemoglobin A1c,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and fasting blood glucose levels in the observation group were all lower,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher,the differences were all statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin aspart combined with insulin detemir in the treatment of GDM pregnant women with poor dietary control can improve the pregnancy outcome and improve the effect of glucose control.
