摘要
为提高生产效率及降低生产、调试等成本,针对上料监控站实训装置,利用NX 2306软件设计出其三维模型并进行机电概念对象的设计和创建,构建基于OPC UA协议的上料监控站硬件在环虚拟调试环境,完成上料监控站的虚拟调试。该虚拟调试方法显著提高了生产效率、降低了成本。
In order to improve production efficiency and reduce the cost of production and commissioning,NX 2306 software is used to design the three-dimensional model of the feeding monitoring station training device,design and create the electromechanical concept object.The hardware-in-the-loop virtual debugging environment of the feeding monitoring station based on the OPC UA protocol is constructed to complete the virtual debugging of the feeding monitoring station.This virtual commissioning method greatly increases productivity and reduces costs.
