摘要
植物组织培养技术是一种基于植物细胞全能性原理的现代生物技术,通过在无菌条件下利用植物的器官、组织或细胞进行离体培养,实现在人工调控环境中的快速繁殖。该技术突破了传统繁殖方式的限制,在种质资源保存、遗传改良、工厂化育苗等植物科学研究和生产实践中具有广泛的应用前景。该文系统阐述了榴莲组织离体培养快繁体系的建立过程,包括外植体的选择与消毒处理、基本培养基与植物生长调节剂的选择,以及炼苗与移栽基质的筛选,为榴莲离体培养技术的实际应用提供了理论依据和技术指导。
Plant tissue culture technology is a modern biotechnology based on the totipotency of plant cells,which utilizes plant organs,tissues,or cells for in vitro culture under sterile conditions to achieve rapid reproduction in artificially regulated environments.This technology overcomes the limitations of traditional propagation methods and has broad application prospects in plant science research and production practices such as germplasm resource preservation,genetic improvement,and industrial seedling cultivation.This paper systematically elaborated the establishment of a rapid propagation system for durian via in vitro culture,including the selection and disinfection treatment of explants,the selection of basic culture media and plant growth regulators,as well as the acclimatization and selection of transplanting substrates,providing theoretical basis and technical guidance for the practical application of durian in vitro culture technology.
