摘要
杨木密度低、材色不均、作为散孔材其年轮结构不明显,立体花纹又不够清晰,使得其装饰性较差,这些缺陷都限制了其加工产品的应用范围。单板染色是装饰性人造板生产过程中极为重要的工艺环节。本研究通过实验,对影响杨木单板染色的因素进行分析,确定染色工艺,结果表明,在浴比为1∶15,加入浓度为1.2%的染料,1%浓度的乙酸,0.2%浓度的平平加O的条件下,杨木单板的染色工艺为:将杨木单板至于80℃染液中加热2 h,浸泡4 h,两次循环后气干,完成首次着色。高压蒸煮二次着色:染浴温度为120℃,压力为150 kPa,上染0.5 h后,减压放汽,杨木单板染色完成。
Poplar wood has low density and uneven grain color.As an exodermal wood,its growth ring structure is not distinct,and its three-dimensional grain patterns are not clear,resulting in poor decorative properties.These defects limit the application scope of its processed products.Staining of veneer is a crucial process in the production of decorative engineered wood panels.This study analyzes the factors affecting poplar veneer staining through experiments and determines the staining process.The results show that under the conditions of a bath ratio of 1∶15,with a dye concentration of 1.2%,1%acetic acid,and 0.2%Pingping Jia O,the poplar veneer staining process is as follows:heat the poplar veneer in the dye solution at 80℃ for 2 hours,soak for 4 hours,and repeat the cycle twice before air-drying to complete the first coloring.High-pressure steaming for secondary coloring:maintain a dye bath temperature of 120℃ and a pressure of 150 kPa.After dyeing for 0.5 hours,reduce pressure and release steam to complete the poplar veneer staining.
