摘要
通过在恒定压力差作用下,染料水溶液在木材中的渗入流量和溢出流量随时间的变化关系,研究了染料水溶液在木材中的渗透过程,讨论了染料分子在木材组织中的染着机构。研究结果表明:当试材平均直径为15cm时,染料水溶液在木材中渗透的极限压力梯度(△p/△x)_n为21.8kPa/m;当试材直径一定时,染料水溶液的溢液时间和材长之间呈正线性相关;在渗透最初阶段,渗入流量的积分值大于溢出流量的积分值,这对应着染料水溶液在木材中的染着过程。随着时间的推移,渗入流量的积分值和溢出流量的积分值两者趋于一致,这对应着染料水溶液在木材中的染着饱和状态。在各个减压渗透阶段中渗入流量随时间的延长而减少,是由于染料分子沿细胞壁呈三角形染着吸附,使有效流动面积愈来愈小所致。
The permeation process of dye liquor in wood constant pressure gradient was studied in light of the ralationship beteen bye liquor flow through wood and time. Dyeing mechanism of dye liquor molecule upon wood structure was discussed. The results of the study are as the followings.1. When the averge diameter of wood is 15cm,the maximum pressure gradient(△P/△x)_n of dye liquor permeating through the wood is 21.8kPa/m.2. For wood in constant diameter, The relationship between the overflowing time of dye liquor and wood length is linear and positive.3. At the begining of permeating,the intergrated flow of permeating is greeter than that of outlet in dying process. As the dying time increases,the two flow tends to be consistant in coreponding to saturation condition of dying.4. In the process of decreasing permeating pressure,permeating flow decreases as time increases because the triangual dying absorption reduces the effective areas of the flow.
