摘要
2019年以来,教育部提出建设高水平、结构化的国家级教学创新团队。新质生产力概念与“大力推进现代化产业体系建设,加快发展新质生产力”策略的提出,为高等职业教育人才培养提供了明确导向,同时也为教学创新团队建设指明了方向。随着一系列与高职教育相关政策的陆续发布,地方高职院校在教学创新团队建设工作中面临着与地方经济发展密切相关的具体挑战。地方高职院校要以新质生产力发展要求为目标,结合新职教标准、专业要求及地方与自身实际情况,建设教学创新团队,从而有效应对挑战,为社会发展作出贡献。
In 2019,buidling high-level and structured national teaching innovation teams was proposed by the Ministry of Education.The concept of new quality productive forces and the strategy of“vigorously promoting the construction of a modern industrial system and accelerating the development of new quality productive forces”have provided a clear orientation for talent cultivation in higher vocational education,and also pointed out the direction for building teaching innovation teams.With the successive release of a series of policies related to higher vocational education,local higher vocational colleges are facing specific challenges closely related to local economic development in building teaching innovation teams.Local higher vocational colleges should aim at the development requirements of new quality productive forces,and in combination with the new vocational education standards,professional requirements,as well as local and their own realities,and build teaching innovation teams,so as to effectively respond to challenges and contribute to social development.
