摘要
宁夏奶产业正处于供给侧结构性改革关键期,但产业链上、中、下游的利润分配失衡,已成为制约行业高质量发展的核心瓶颈。本文引入Shapley值法,对合作博弈下的利润进行再分配:饲草种植、奶牛养殖、乳品加工的利润占比由合作前的3.80%、33.02%、63.18%优化为6.27%、40.59%、53.14%。新方案在保障乳品加工端合理收益的同时,显著抬升上游饲草与养殖环节的利润空间,兼顾公平与效率,为构建可持续、联盟化的宁夏奶业生态圈提供了现实可行的路径指引。
Ningxia's dairy sector stands at a critical juncture of supply-side structural reform,yet the persistently skewed profit distribution across upstream,midstream and downstream segments has emerged as the foremost bottleneck constraining high-quality development.This paper employs the Shapley-value approach to reallocate profits within a cooperative-game framework:the profit shares of forage cultivation,dairy farming and dairy processing shift from 3.80%,33.02%and 63.18%pre-cooperation to 6.27%,40.59%and 53.14%post-reallocation.While safeguarding the reasonable returns of processors,the new scheme markedly elevates profit margins for upstream forage growers and dairy farmers,balancing equity and efficiency and offering a pragmatic roadmap for building a sustainable,alliance-based dairy ecosystem in Ningxia.
