摘要
文章在阐述高校图书馆国际学生阅读服务实践现状与困境的基础上,构建基于5W模式的国际学生阅读服务体系,并提出高校图书馆国际学生阅读服务的“五度”提升路径:提升服务温度,构建协同服务主体集群;细化客体梯度,制定分级阅读服务策略;拓展内容广度,探索资源+空间服务模式;加大宣传力度,打造多元立体媒介矩阵;聚焦阅读效度,实现绩效评价闭环管理。
This paper discusses the practical situation and bottleneck problems of the service practice for international students in university libraries,builds the reading service system for international students based on 5W mode,and proposes a‘five-dimensional’enhancement pathway of reading services for international students in university libraries,including enhancing the warmth of services and constructing a cluster of collaborative service providers;refining the object gradient and formulating a hierarchical reading service strategy;expanding the breadth of service content and exploring a resource+space service model;strengthening the publicity efforts and creating a diversified and multidimensional media matrix;focusing on the validity of reading and achieving closed-loop management for performance evaluation.
