摘要
绿色技能在推进现代化产业体系建设中扮演重要角色,也是发展新质生产力进程中的重要力量。绿色技能人才在推动经济社会绿色转型和国家技能体系形成中发挥着重要作用。推进绿色技能人才培养模式创新,提升绿色技能人才培养质量,打造能够赋能经济社会绿色低碳转型的高素质技术技能人才队伍是当下绿色技能人才培养的当务之急。为此,构建以“院校-企业-政府”外三螺旋和“知识-技能-素养”为内三螺旋的绿色技能人才培养模式,并从外三螺旋层打破壁垒,内三螺旋层均衡协同,内外联动构建人才培养良好生态,从而加快完善绿色技能人才培养框架。
Green skills play an important role in promoting the construction of a modern industrial system and are also an important force in the process of developing new quality productivity.Green skilled talents play a crucial role in promoting the green transformation of the economy and society and the formation of a national skills system.It is imperative to promote the innovation of green skilled talents training models,improve the quality of green skilled talents training,and build a team of high-quality technical and skilled talents that can empower the green and low-carbon transformation of the economy and society.To this end,we aim to establish a green skilled talent cultivation model featuring an external triple helix of“colleges-enterprises-government”and an internal triple helix of"knowledge-skills-literacy".By breaking down barriers at the external triple helix level and achieving balanced collaboration at the internal triple helix level,we will create a good ecosystem for talent cultivation through internal and external linkage,thereby accelerating the improvement of the green skilled talent cultivation framework.
