日本奥姬小蜂成虫生物学特性研究

摘要 [目的]本文旨在研究日本似凹瘿蜂优势寄生蜂日本奥姬小蜂成虫生物学特性,以期为利用该寄生蜂防治日本似凹瘿蜂提供基础数据。[方法]本文通过田间调查和室内培养的方法,调查了日本似凹瘿蜂两性生殖世代虫瘿内优势天敌日本奥姬小蜂的生物学特性,并统计了2019—2023年间日本奥姬小蜂寄生率动态变化。[结果]日本似凹瘿蜂两性生殖世代虫瘿内有7种寄生蜂,其中日本奥姬小蜂是优势寄生性天敌。日本奥姬小蜂羽化期持续15 d,羽化高峰期均发生在4月底,羽化时间主要集中在8:00—12:00,雌雄虫性比为1∶1。补充蜂蜜水能够显著延长雌雄日本奥姬小蜂的寿命。雄性寄生蜂取食20%蜂蜜水后寿命显著高于10%蜂蜜水,但是雌寄生蜂取食20%和10%蜂蜜水后寿命在两者间没有显著差异。2019—2023年间日本奥姬小蜂寄生率逐渐增加,分别为17.31%±4.94%、26.75%±3.33%、47.96%±4.13%、72.24%±3.50%和66.02%±7.03%。[结论]在河北地区栓皮栎林内日本奥姬小蜂是日本似凹瘿蜂两性生殖世代的优势寄生天敌,能够有效地压制日本似凹瘿蜂的种群数量,可用于防治日本似凹瘿蜂。 [Objective]The aim of this study was to investigate the biological characteristics of the domin-ant parasitic wasp,Aulogymnus japonicum,and provide basic data for the use of this parasitic wasp in the prevention and control of Cerroneuroterus japonicus.[Methods]Biological Characteristics of A.japonicum adults,the dominant parasitic natural enemy of in the sexual reproduction gall of C.japonicus,were invest-igated by field surveys and indoor cultivation methods.Moreover,the dynamics of parasitism rate by the parasitoid were also surveyed from 2019 to 2023.[Results]A total of seven parasitic wasps were identi-fied in the sexual reproduction gall of C.japonicus,with A.japonicus being the dominant parasitic natural enemy.The emergence period of A.japonicus lasted for 15 days,peaking at the end of April.Daily emer-gence mainly occurred between 8:00 and 12:00,with a male-to-female ratio of 1∶1.Supplementing feed-ing with honey water significantly prolonged the lifespan of male and female parasitic wasp.Males fed 20%honey solution exhibited a significantly longer lifespan than those fed 0%,while no significant difference was observed in females between the two concentrations.The parasitism rate of A.japonicus gradually in-creased from 2019 to 2023,reaching 17.31±4.94%,26.75±3.33%,47.96±4.13%,72.24±3.50%,and 66.02±7.03%,respectively.[Conclusion]In the cork oak forest of Hebei region,A.japonicus is served as the dominant natural enemy of the sexual reproduction in C.japonicus,which can effectively suppress the population number of the gall wasp and can be used for preventing and controlling of C.japonicus.
