摘要
针对承压锅炉常见的水垢问题进行了深入分析和研究。水垢不仅影响锅炉的热效率和经济性,还可能引发安全隐患。本文详细分析了水垢的形成原因,并描述了每种水垢类型的特点,从而提出水质处理、运行控制和水垢清除等多种综合防治对策,为提高承压锅炉的安全性和生产效率提供参考。
The common scale problems of pressure boiler are deeply analyzed and studied.Scale not only affects the thermal efficiency and economy of the boiler,but also may cause potential safety risks.This paper analyzes the causes of scale formation in detail,and describes the characteristics of each scale type,thus putting forward various comprehensive control countermeasures such as water quality treatment,operation control and scale removal,so as to provide reference for improving the safety and production efficiency of pressure boiler.
