加热炉开工烟气颗粒物超标原因与对策

Cause Analysis and Countermeasures for Particulate Matter Concentration Exceeding Standard in Heating Furnace Flue Gas

摘要 烟气颗粒物浓度是炼厂加热炉环保排放中的重要指标,加热炉烟气中的颗粒物含量必须符合国家排放标准,国标要求加热炉颗粒物排放值不超过20 mg/m^(3),山东省地方标准DB 37/2376—2019要求颗粒物排放质量浓度不超过10 mg/m^(3)。针对加热炉开工过程中出现的颗粒物排放超标问题,通过原因分析制定了解决措施,保证加热炉烟气颗粒物达标排放,可为同类装置开工过程提供有益的借鉴经验。 The concentration of particulate matter in flue gas is an important index of environmental protection emission of heating furnace in refinery.The particulate matter concentration in flue gas of heating furnace must meet the national emission standard.The national standard requires that the particulate matter emission concentration value of heating furnace should not exceed 20 mg/m^(3),and the local standard DB 37/2376—2019 of Shandong Province requires that the particulate matter emission concentration should not exceed 10 mg/m^(3).The solution to the problem of excessive particulate emissions from the heating furnace has been formulated.In addition,a useful reference experience is provided for the start-up of similar equipment.
