教师数字素养“一体五段”推进机制解析——以大连市西岗区为例 被引量:1

摘要 以系统论为指导,构建“一体五段”教师数字素养提升机制。“一体”突出系统性,整合各环节形成有机整体;“五段”涵盖价值引领、专题研修、学科融合、课程支持、评价改进,五段既层层递进又循环迭代,形成螺旋上升的闭环系统。西岗区实践表明,该机制能够显著提升教师的数字素养,为可持续的教师数字素养发展提供可复制的系统路径。 Guided by system theory,this study constructs a"One Core-Five Stages"mechanism for enhancing teachers'digital literacy.The"One Core"emphasizes systemic integration,unifying all components into an organic whole.The"Five Stages"encompasses value-driven guidance,specialized training,subject integration,curriculum support,and evaluation-driven improvement.These stages progress sequentially and also cycle iteratively,forming a closed-loop system of spiraling advancement.The practice in Xigang district demonstrates that this mechanism significantly enhances teachers digital literacy,providing a replicable systemic pathway for the sustainable development of teachers'digital literacy.
