摘要
在我国城市化进程中,工业遗产的保护更新与再利用对于城市发展的重要性日益凸显,长江流域九江段的工业遗产作为长江中游重要的工业文化载体,面临着闲置、废弃甚至被拆除的严峻形势。研究通过ArcGIS 10.8对工业遗产进行空间分布分析,结合最小累积阻力模型量化地形、坡度等自然阻力,并对长江流域九江段进行遗产廊道构建适宜性分析。研究结果显示:长江流域九江段的工业遗产呈“大分散、小聚集”分布特征;工业遗产密集分布于浔阳区、濂溪区等沿江地带;长江流域九江段的东部与北部滨水区适宜性较高,适宜于遗产廊道的构建。基于分析结果,由此构建长江流域九江段工业遗产廊道网络系统,而后提出了长江流域九江段工业遗产廊道保护策略,以期为九江地区工业遗产保护及再利用提供参考与借鉴。
In the process of urbanization in China,the protection,renewal,and reuse of industrial heritage have become increasingly critical to urban development.The industrial heritage along the Jiujiang section of the Yangtze River Basin,serving as a vital carrier of industrial culture in the mid-reaches,faces severe challenges,including vacancy,abandonment,and even demolition.This study utilized ArcGIS 10.8 to conduct a spatial distribution analysis of industrial heritage sites and applied the Minimum Cumulative Resistance(MCR)model to quantify the resistance value of natural factors(e.g.,terrain,slope),thereby performing a suitability analysis for establishing heritage corridors in the Jiujiang section.The results indicate that industrial heritage in this area exhibits an overall dispersed yet locally clustered distribution pattern,with high-density concentrations in riverside zones such as the Xunyang District and the Lianxi District.The suitability analysis identified the eastern and northern waterfront areas of Jiujiang as having the highest suitability for heritage corridor development.Based on these findings,a heritage corridor network system was designed for the Jiujiang section,and corresponding protection strategies were proposed to provide references for the conservation and adaptive reuse of industrial heritage in the region.
