摘要
历史文化街区是城市文化的集中载体。旅游开发是历史文化街区保护和发展的重要方式,其核心在于原真性的保护。历史文化街区旅游原真性保护涉及遗产保护和遗产旅游的多重复杂因素,需综合考虑。研究从利益相关者视角,基于文献研究和对青岛市的4个典型历史文化街区的实地调研,构建历史文化街区旅游原真性影响模型。通过回归分析,共确定6个方面20条影响因子和其中4条重要影响因素。基于重要影响因素和实地调研,研究对中山路旅游原真性提出改进策略和方案,并进行满意度检验。结果表明优化方案可切实有效地提升中山路历史文化街区的旅游原真性。研究的结论和方法对于其他城市历史文化街区原真性研究都具有参考和借鉴价值。
Historical and cultural blocks are the concentrated carrier of urban culture.Tourism development is an important way to protect and develop historical and cultural blocks,the core of which lies in the protection of authenticity.The conservation of tourism authenticity of historical and cultural blocks involves multiple complex factors of heritage protection and heritage tourism,which should be considered comprehensively.From the perspective of stakeholders,based on literature research and field investigation of four typical historical and cultural blocks in Qingdao,we construct a model of tourism authenticity of historical and cultural blocks.Through regression analysis,20 influencing factors of 6 aspects and 4 important influencing factors are identified.Based on important influencing factors and field investigation,we propose improvement strategies and schemes to improve the authenticity of Zhongshan Road tourism and test the authenticity through satisfaction survey.The results show that the optimization scheme can effectively improve the tourism authenticity of the historical and cultural blocks of Zhongshan Road.The conclusions and methods of the research are of reference value to the authenticity research of other urban historical and cultural blocks.
