摘要
目前山东省拥有以“鲁十味”药材为主的农业资源、以齐鲁制药等为代表的工业资源、以儒家文化和扁鹊故里等为核心的文化资源、以多家三甲医院及质子中心为依托的治疗资源以及以各类温泉为特色的特殊资源等五类融合型医疗旅游资源。这些资源在空间上形成“三核四带”格局,即济青临三大核心城市,以及胶东滨海、鲁中山岳、黄河三角洲和鲁西南药材四条发展带。基于产业融合,山东构建了“5+3”医疗旅游模式矩阵,涵盖农医旅、工医旅、文医旅、医学治疗和特殊型五种融合模式,以及济南、青岛、临沂三大空间主导模式,实现点轴面联动发展。面对旅游产品同质化竞争,山东需加快资源转化与产业升级。可依托“好客山东”品牌效应与儒家“仁爱”思想,优化空间布局,完善设施建设,推动产品创新与产业链延伸,从而塑造强势医疗旅游品牌,促进产业高质量发展。
At present,Shandong Province has five categories of integrated medical tourism resources,including agricultural resources centered on the“Shandong Ten Tastes”medicinal materials,industrial resources represented by Qilu Pharmaceutical and other enterprises,cultural resources centered on Confucian culture and the hometown of Bian Que(a renowned ancient Chinese physician),treatment resources supported by a number of Grade-A Tertiary hospitals and proton therapy centers,and special resources typical of various hot springs.These resources have formed a spatial pattern of“Three Cores and Four Belts”,namely,the three core cities of Jinan,Qingdao and Linyi,as well as four development belts:the Jiaodong Coastal Belt,the Central Shandong Mountain Belt,the Yellow River Delta Belt and the Southwest Shandong Medicinal Materials Belt.Based on industrial integration,Shandong has built a“5+3”medical tourism model matrix,which covers five integrated models(agriculture-medical-tourism,industry-medical-tourism,culture-medical-tourism,medical treatment,and special-type),and three spatial leading models centered on Jinan,Qingdao and Linyi,realizing the linkage development of points,axes and areas.In the face of the homogeneous competition in tourism products,Shandong Province needs to accelerate resource transformation and industrial upgrading.By leveraging the brand influence of“Hospitable Shandong”and the Confucian concept of“Benevolence”,it can optimize spatial layout,improve facility construction,promote product innovation and industrial chain extension,thereby shaping a strong medical tourism brand and boosting the high-quality development of the industry.
