摘要
鉴于旅游全要素生产率的提升是旅游高质量发展及新质生产力培育的关键内容,本研究根植于制度逻辑理论,以我国2019—2022年间31个省份(不含港澳台)为研究对象,将必要条件分析(NCA)以及动态定性比较分析(QCA)方法相结合,深入剖析数字生态各要素(数字政府、数字社会、数字经济、数字基础、数字能力)对旅游全要素生产率的组态效应。结果表明:单个数字生态要素虽然没有构成TTFP的必要条件,但是其必要性逐年上升,旅游全要素生产率的提高日益依赖于良好的数字生态;单个数字生态要素对旅游全要素生产率存在显著的时间和集群效应;“数字社会主导下政府协同驱动型”和“数字社会主导下市场逻辑驱动型”的组态模式会导致高旅游全要素生产率;而“数字生态待育型”和“数字生态瓶颈型”的组态模式会导致非高旅游全要素生产率。研究结论揭示了旅游全要素生产率背后数字生态的多元因素间的复杂因果关系,并为各省份因地制宜地推动旅游高质量发展提供了实践指引。
Given that the improvement of tourism total factor productivity is the key to the high-quality development of tourism and the cultivation of new quality productivity,this study,rooted in institutional logic theory,took 31 provinces(excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)in China during the period of 2019—2022 as the research object.It combined the Necessary Condition Analysis(NCA)and dynamic Qualitative Comparative Analysis(QCA)methods to conduct an in-depth analysis of the configuration path that each element of the digital ecology—digital government,digital society,digital economy,digital foundation,and digital capacity—had on the total factor productivity of tourism.The study showed that individual digital ecological elements have significant time and cluster effects on tourism total factor productivity,and the improvement of tourism total factor productivity is increasingly dependent on favorable digital ecology.The“digital society-driven government-economy synergy”and“digital society-driven market-driven”groupings lead to high tourism total factor productivity.The“digital ecology to be nurtured”and“digital ecology bottleneck”grouping patterns lead to non-high tourism total factor productivity.The findings of the study have revealed the complex causal relationship between the multiple factors of digital ecology behind tourism total factor productivity and provide practical guidance for provinces to promote tourism quality development according to local conditions.
