摘要
随着石油化工行业的快速发展,石油污染所导致的生态失衡和环境恶化问题愈加严峻,传统的物理和化学修复方法由于成本高、效果有限,难以应对日益严重的污染挑战。生物修复法,特别是根际修复技术,因其成本低、操作简便和适应性广泛,成为解决石油污染问题的有力工具。根际修复通过植物与根际微生物的相互作用,可以有效去除土壤中的原油污染物,尤其对多环芳烃(PAHs)的降解具有优势。鉴于根际微生物群落在PAHs降解过程中的重要性,本文综述了细菌、真菌降解PAHs的机制以及基于宏基因组学、宏转录组学、宏蛋白质组学和代谢组学等组学技术的研究进展,并对上述组学方法的优缺点进行了总结归纳,旨在为根际修复技术的进一步研究提供理论依据和实验方向。
With the rapid development of petrochemical industry,the ecological imbalance and environmental deterioration have become increasingly severe due to oil pollution.Traditional remediation methods,including both physical and chemical ones,suffer from high costs and limited effectiveness,leading to challenges in coping with the growing pollution.Bioremediation,especially rhizoremediation,has become a powerful approach for addressing oil pollution problems due to its low cost,ease of operation,and broad applicability.Rhizoremediation can effectively remove petroleum contaminants,especially polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs),from soil through the interactions between plants and rhizosphere microorganisms.In this review,we summarized the mechanisms for PAHs degradation by bacteria and fungi,along with recent advances in metagenomics,metatranscriptomics,metaproteomics,and metabolomics approaches.In addition,we highlighted the advantages and limitations of these omics technologies,aiming to provide theoretical base and experimental guidance for advancing rhizoremediation technologies.
