摘要
知识产权法是支持创新、保障技术稳定发展的重要法律保障。在AI快速发展的时代,法律人才的培养至关重要,在这样的背景下,应用型工科院校知识产权法课程改革,应迎合时代需求,强调授课的实用性与先进性,尝试以案例教学法为切入口,遵循OBE理念,结合AI赋能,从政策指引、知识能力素养图谱构建等方面提出改革方案,以期实现系统重构,推动课程知识、能力、素养协同培养,提供有益的应用型法治人才培养模式新路径。
Intellectual property law serves as a crucial legal safeguard for supporting innovation and ensuring the stable development of technology.In the era of rapid AI advancement,the cultivation of legal talents is of vital importance.Against this backdrop,the reform of the"Intellectual Property Law"course in applied engineering colleges should cater to the demands of the times,emphasizing the practicality and advancement of teaching.It is advisable to adopt the case teaching method as a starting point,follow the OBE concept,and integrate AI empowerment.Reform proposals should be put forward from aspects such as policy guidance and the construction of a knowledge,ability,and quality competency map,with the aim of achieving systematic reconstruction,promoting the coordinated cultivation of knowledge,ability,and quality,and providing a new beneficial path for the training of applied legal talents.
