摘要
“优师计划”是国家推动教育公平的重要举措,致力于为中西部欠发达地区培养出“下得去、留得住、教得好”的优质教师。正因如此,对地方“优师计划”师范生而言,理想信念教育和教育情怀的培养显得尤为关键。本文通过对某地方院校连续4届“优师计划”师范生的持续跟踪调研,深入分析了他们在理想信念与教育情怀培养过程中的情况,旨在探索出一条适合他们成长的路径,为深化“优师计划”师范生理想信念与教育情怀共生机制的理论和实践贡献力量。
The“Outstanding Teacher Program”is an important national initiative aimed at promoting educational equity and cultivating high-quality teachers who are willing to serve,able to remain,and competent to teach effectively in underdeveloped regions of central and western China.Therefore,for normal students enrolled in local“Outstanding Teacher Program”institutions,the cultivation of ideals,beliefs,and educational commitment is particularly crucial.Drawing on a longitudinal study that tracked four consecutive cohorts of normal students under the local“Outstanding Teacher Program,”this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of their development in ideals,beliefs,and educational commitment.The purpose is to explore a developmental path suited to their growth and to contribute both theoretically and practically to the construction of a synergistic mechanism for the integration of ideals,beliefs,and educational commitment among these students.
