摘要
大学生寝室矛盾不仅影响学生身心健康,也会影响学校基层治理效能与校园和谐稳定,是高校学生管理工作中的关键议题。作为一种创新的基层治理模式,“新时代六尺巷工作法”以“党建领事”“礼让和事”“群众说事”“多元解事”“网格管事”“群力防事”为核心内涵,已在基层社会矛盾治理中取得显著成效。将这一工作法引入高校基层治理,强化思想引领、完善制度保障、发挥朋辈示范、开展实践活动,将源头引导与过程管控相结合,可为高校预防和解决大学生寝室矛盾提供新的理论视角与实践指导。
The dormitory conflict,which is a key issue for the undergraduate management work,affects not only undergraduates’physical and mental health,but also the grassroots governance effectiveness as well as harmony and stability in campus.As an in-novative grassroot governance mode,“New-era Liuchi Alley Working Method”,which has core connotation including“led by Party-building”,“harmonized by politeness and humility”,“openly discussed among the masses”,“solving disputes in a diversi-fied way”,“grid management”and“collective prevention”,has achieved remarkable effectiveness in the governance of social grassroot conflicts.It can provide colleges and universities with a new theoretical perspective and practical guidance for prevent-ing and solving dormitory conflicts to introduce this working method into the campus grassroot governance,solidify ideological leadership,improve institutional guarantee,give play to peer demonstration,carry out practical activities,and combine original guidance and process control.
