摘要
党中勤教授认为湿热瘀阻型胆石症的基本病机为肝气郁结、肝胆湿热、湿热瘀阻于胆腑,临床治疗应以“宏观调态”与“微观打靶”相结合为基础,汲取现代药理学研究优秀成果与传统中医治疗理念优势互补。党中勤教授临床常以自拟经验方“胆胀1号”方为基础,利湿清热,行气化瘀,利胆排石以宏观调态,并通过调节炎症因子、修复胆道功能、保护肝脏、降低转氨酶与白细胞等异常生化指标,调节相关信号通路等途径微观“精准打靶”,疗效显著。
Professor Dang Zhongqin proposed that the fundamental pathogenesis of gallstones with damp-heat and blood stasis syndrome involves liver qi stagnation,damp-heat accumulation in the liver and gallbladder,and obstruction of the gallbladder by damp-heat and stasis.Clinically,treatment should be based on the integration of"macro-level regulation"and"micro-level targeting",combining the strengths of modern pharmacological research with the advantages of traditional Chinese medical theory.Professor Dang often employs his self-formulated prescription,Dan Zhang No.1,as the therapeutic foundation.This formula promotes diuresis and heat clearance,regulates qi,resolves stasis,and facilitates bile excretion to achieve macro-level regulation.Meanwhile,at the micro level,it exerts"precise targeting"effects through modulating inflammatory cytokines,repairing biliary function,protecting the liver,reducing abnormal biochemical indicators such as transaminase and leukocyte levels,and regulating relevant signaling pathways yielding remarkable clinical efficacy.
