摘要
目的通过分析社区健康管理服务的现状,探索智慧中医诊疗与社区健康管理服务场景的融合,以期提升社区健康服务的效率和质量。方法首先,采用KAP(知识、态度、实践)理论对居民在社区健康管理服务中的需求进行分类整理和层次划分,以评估智慧中医诊疗与社区健康管理结合的可行性;其次,将分析结果与服务设计理论相结合,遵循用户健康管理流程中的自我管理、寻求帮助、辅助支持的使用逻辑;最后,结合人工智能医学图像处理技术及跨机构信息互联辅助服务,进行服务设计。结果研究提出一种以智能舌诊技术为核心介入手段的低门槛整合式初级诊疗服务设计策略。该策略通过三大维度:其一,以智能舌诊信息为健康知识原点,开展精准化健康宣教;其二,以整合性舌诊信息为底层基础,构建用户健康档案并支撑健康全流程管理;其三,以符号化舌诊信息为社交流通符号,推动社区健康服务的可持续运行,并对服务系统中的关键触点舌象微信程序和舌象仪进行了设计与原型开发。结论开发的智能舌诊社区健康管理服务系统有望通过提供社区舌诊服务,实现网格化健康服务,促进社区健康管理的发展。此外,为改善基层社区的诊疗筛查流程提供了有价值的参考,有助于提升社区健康管理服务的整体水平。
The work aims to explore the integration of intelligent traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)diagnosis and treatment with community health management service scenarios by analyzing the current situation of community health management services,so as to improve the efficiency and quality of community health services.Firstly,the KAP(Know-ledge,Attitude,Practice)theory was applied to categorize and hierarchically classify residents'needs in community health management services,to assess the feasibility of integrating intelligent TCM diagnosis and treatment with community health management.Subsequently,the results of the analyses were combined with service design theories,following the user logic of self-management,help-seeking,and auxiliary support in the user's health management process.Finally,ser-vice design was conducted combined with artificial intelligence medical image processing technology and cross-insti-tutional information interconnection assistance services.The study proposed a community health management service de-sign strategy based on low-threshold integrated primary diagnostic and treatment modality-intelligent tongue diagnosis technology,with intelligent tongue diagnostic information as the origin of health knowledge for health promotion,inte-grated tongue diagnostic information as the underlying foundation of users'health records for health management,and symbolic tongue diagnostic information as the symbol of social circulation to promote service sustainability.Tongue image WeChat programs and the tongue recognizers for key contact points in the service system were designed and prototype developed.The intelligent TCM tongue diagnosis community health management service system developed is expected to facilitate the development of community health management through the provision of community tongue diagnosis ser-vices and the realization of grid-based health services.In addition,this study provides a valuable reference for improving the diagnosis and screening process in grassroots communities,which helps to enhance the overall level of community health management services.
