摘要
围绕地质资料“放管服”的改革需求,推动地质工作向以数据为主的业务模式全面转型,有效融入国家地质资料大数据体系,切实提高我省地质资料管理效率和服务水平。以甘肃省地质资料馆当前业务需求驱动、应用集成为导向,借鉴“互联网+政务服务”应用模式,构建以地质资料管理与服务核心的系统总体架构,研发了甘肃省地质资料管理服务系统,其包含的六个子系统基于局域网、互联网和政务网分别独立部署。实现了我省地质资料馆馆藏地质资料由传统管理服务模式向数字化、信息化的跨越,地质资料的选取、申请、审批、加工及回执全流程线上运行,形成“互联网+地质资料管理服务”新模式。将更好的提升省地质资料馆的地质资料管理与社会化服务水平,为我省新一轮找矿突破战略行动提供高效的数据资料支撑与服务。
Reforming demand for“streamlining administration and delegating power”around geological information,promoting the comprehensive transformation of geological work towards a data-driven business model,effectively merging the national geological information big data system,and improving the efficiency and service level of geological information management in our province,We have analyzed the current situation and shortcomings of geological information management services.Guided by the current business demand driven and application integration of the Geological Data Museum of Gansu Province,Learning from the application model of“Internet plus government service”,We have researched a comprehensive system architecture centered around geological data management and services,and developed the Gansu Province Geological Data Management Service System,which contains six subsystems that are independently deployed based on LAN,Internet and government affairs network.We have achieved a leap from traditional management and service mode to digitalization and informatization of geological data in the collection of our provincial geological data museum,realized online operation of the whole process of geological data selection,application,approval,processing and receipt,and formed a new model of“Internet plus geological information management service”.The system will better enhance the geological data management and social service level of the Geological Data Museum of Gansu Province,and provide efficient data support and services for the new round of breakthrough strategic action for mineral exploration in our province.
