摘要
高质量发展是新时代的必然要求,也是建设世界一流企业的实现路径。以某集团公司及其资本金融板块实践为例,研究和提出从战略财务管控角度构建高质量发展指标评价体系的路径和方法,并对如何更好开展运营评价与应用提出相关优化建议。
High-quality development is an essential requirement of the new era and a pathway to building world-class enterprises.Taking the practices of a specific group company and its capital and financial sector as an example,this paper explores and proposes methods for constructing a high-quality development indicator evaluation system from the perspective of strategic financial management.Additionally,it raises optimization suggestions for improving related operational evaluation and application.
