摘要
党的二十大明确指出,高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务。作为企业集团司库管理平台的财务公司,必须适应新形势新要求,实现高质量发展。文章以中国石化财务有限责任公司的发展实践为例,分析了新时期财务公司推进高质量发展的背景意义和需要遵循的理念原则,阐释了财务公司推进高质量发展的愿景目标和实施路径,为财务公司更好服务企业集团主业高质量发展提供了参考。
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that highquality development is the first and foremost task in building a modern socialist country in all respects.As the treasury management platform of enterprise groups,finance companies must adapt to the new situation and new requirements to achieve high-quality development.This paper takes the development practice of Sinopec Finance Company Limited as an example,analyses the background,the significance,the concept,and the principle to promote high-quality development in the new period;explains the vision,the goal,and the implementation path of finance companies to promote high-quality development;and provides a reference for finance companies to better serve the high-quality development of the main business of enterprise groups.
