摘要
西藏大学生就业关系到基本民生和社会稳定。西藏大学生就业认知困境影响着就业工作的顺利推进,主要体现在行业倾向、地域倾向、就业与择业、求职与工作的选择方面。究其原因,一是鄙视职业艺人的传统观念依然影响着当今的职业选择问题;二是市场化改革的就业制度实操影响了大学生就业预期;三是西藏籍藏族大学生就业区内化倾向是恋根情结和政策导向的共同结果;四是自我认知不足与就业指导不力影响了认知偏差。为此,改变就业认知困境,需要从政府政策层面、学校教育层面、学生认知层面促进认知转化,包括优化调整西藏就业政策,宣传引导就业预期;高校层面科学宣讲就业形势,完善就业指导课程大纲;作为学生个体,积极做好职业生涯规划。
The employment of college students in Xizang is related to the basic livelihood and social stability.The cognitive dilemma of employment of college students in Xizang affects the smooth progress of employment,which is mainly reflected in the aspects of industry orientation,regional orientation,employment and job selection,job hunting and job selection.The reasons are as follows:First,the traditional concept of despising professional entertainers still affects the current career choice;Second,the actual operation of the employment system of market-oriented reform has affected the employment expectation of college students;Thirdly,the internalization tendency of employment area of Xizang college students is the common result of the root complex and policy orientation;Fourth,insufficient self-cognition and inadequate employment guidance affect cognitive bias.Therefore,to change the dilemma of employment cognition,it is necessary to promote cognitive transformation from the level of government policy,school education and students’cognition,including optimizing and adjusting Xizang’s employment policy,propagating and guiding employment expectations;Scientifically publicize the employment situation at the university level and improve the course outline of employment guidance;As an individual student,I actively plan my career.
