摘要
针对西藏籍高校毕业生数量逐年增加与区内就业岗位不足的现实问题,引导、促进区外就业是缓解就业压力、拓宽就业渠道、丰富就业形式的重要途径之一。促进西藏籍高校毕业生区外就业,必须从扎实推进就业援藏工作、加大政策补贴力度、转变就业观念等方面着手。
Due to the lack of jobs and increasing number of college graduates there is a great employment pressure in Tibet.Guiding graduates to take occupations outside the Tibet become an important solution to mitigate the pressure.In order to achieve the goal,it is necessary to promote employment assistance,increase subsidies and change notion of occupation.
