摘要
以广西14个地级市为研究对象,采用核密度估计、ArcGIS空间分析、泰尔指数、变异系数、相对发展率和地理探测器等方法,系统分析了2007—2022年广西建设用地经济密度的时空演化特征及其驱动机制。主要结论如下:(1)时空格局方面,广西建设用地经济密度整体呈持续上升态势,北海市和钦州市增长显著,整体空间差异明显,呈现“西南高、东部低”的空间格局。(2)区域差异方面,2007—2017年广西内部差距扩大,2017—2022年趋于缩小,但区间差异持续扩大,发展速度分化明显,钦州市相对发展率为全区最高,是桂林市的三倍。(3)影响因素方面,经济发展水平、城镇化率和产业结构对建设用地经济密度具有较强解释力。其中,人均GDP为首要驱动因子,交通区位与投资消费水平的交互作用解释力最强,表明区域经济与要素条件的协同作用对土地利用效率提升具有关键意义。本研究可为广西及类似地区的土地利用优化和区域协调发展提供理论支撑与实践参考。
Taking 14 prefecture-level cities in Guangxi as the study area,this research systematically analyzes the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics and driving mechanisms of construction land economic density in Guangxi from 2007 to 2022,employing methods such as kernel density estimation,ArcGIS spatial analysis,the Theil index,coefficient of variation,relative development rate,and geographical detector.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Spatiotemporal patterns:The economic density of construction land in Guangxi exhibited a continuous upward trend overall,with Beihai and Qinzhou showing particularly significant growth.The spatial disparity was pronounced,presenting a“high in the southwest,low in the east”spatial pattern.(2)Regional disparities:From 2007 to 2017,intra-regional differences in Guangxi widened,while they tended to narrow between 2017 and 2022.However,inter-regional disparities continued to expand,with notable divergence in development rates.Qinzhou recorded the highest relative development rate in the region,three times that of Guilin.(3)Influencing factors:Economic development level,urbanization rate,and industrial structure demonstrated strong explanatory power for construction land economic density.Among these,GDP per capita was the primary driving factor,while the interaction between transportation accessibility and investment-consumption levels had the strongest explanatory power.This indicates that the synergistic effect of regional economic conditions and factor endowments plays a critical role in improving land-use efficiency.This study provides theoretical support and practical references for optimizing land use and promoting coordinated regional development in Guangxi and similar regions.
