摘要
【目的】探讨人工干扰对实心竹(Phyllostachys heteroclada f. solida)叶片养分含量、化学计量特征及养分重吸收效率的影响,揭示不同管理方式下叶片成熟与衰老阶段的养分动态特征及其与重吸收效率的关联,为竹林养分管理提供科学依据。【方法】设置人工干扰和自然生长2种管理方式,测定成熟叶与衰老叶中的氮(N)、磷(P)、钾(K)含量及其化学计量比,评估N、P、K养分重吸收效率(NRE、PRE、KRE)。通过相关性分析,解析叶片养分含量、比值与重吸收效率之间的关系及人工干扰对养分动态分配的调控作用。【结果】与自然生长相比,人工干扰显著提高了成熟叶中N、P、K含量(分别增加10.01%、6.63%、18.85%)及NRE、PRE、KRE(分别提升14.07%、10.24%、14.09%),表明人工干扰增强了养分吸收与回收能力。衰老叶片中,人工干扰促进了养分的再分配,显著降低N、P、K含量(分别减少2.14%、7.48%、22.66%),调整了化学计量比,表现为N/K和P/K比值显著升高。相关性分析显示,实心竹叶片养分的重吸收效率主要由养分含量驱动,也依赖于养分比值的平衡调控。【结论】人工干扰对实心竹叶片养分重吸收具有明显的正向影响,通过优化叶片养分平衡和分配模式,显著提高了实心竹对有限资源的高效利用能力。
【Objective】This study aims to investigate the effects of artificial interference on the nutrient content,stoichiometric characteristics,and nutrient resorption efficiency of leaves of Phyllostachys heteroclada f.solida,which reveals the nutrient dynamics at different leaf development stages(mature and senesced)and their relationships with nutrient resorption efficiency under different management regimes,providing a scientific basis for bamboo forest nutrient management.【Method】Two management practices(artificial interference and natural growth)were implemented to measure nutrient contents of nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P),and potassium(K)and their stoichiometric ratios(N/P,N/K,P/K)in both mature and senesced leaves.Nutrient resorption efficiency for N,P,and K(NRE,PRE,and KRE)was evaluated.Correlation analysis was used to elucidate the relationships between nutrient contents,stoichiometric ratios,and resorption efficiency,as well as the regulatory role of artificial interference on nutrient allocation dynamics.【Result】Compared with natural growth,artificial interference significantly increased N,P,and K contents in mature leaves by 10.01%,6.63%,and 18.85%,respectively,and enhanced NRE,PRE,and KRE by 14.07%,10.24%,and 14.09%,respectively,indicating that artificial interference improves nutrient uptake and recycling efficiency.In senesced leaves,artificial interference significantly promoted nutrient redistribution,significantly reduced N,P,and K contents by 2.14%,7.48%,and 22.66%,respectively,and adjusted stoichiometric ratios,which was characterized with a significant increase in N/K and P/K ratios.Correlation analysis revealed that nutrient resorption efficiency in mature leaves was primarily driven by nutrient content,and was also subject to the balanced regulation of nutrient ratios.【Conclusion】The artificial disturbance has a significantly positive effect on the nutrient resorption in the leaves of Ph.heteroclada f.solida.By optimizing the nutrient balance and allocation pattern in the leaves,it substantially enhances this bamboo species’ability to efficiently utilize the limited resources.
