摘要
肠道微生物群是人体健康的重要组成部分,特别在维持各脏器器官轴之间的免疫机制平衡中起着至关重要的作用。因此,本研究分析了肠道微生物群在危重症患者中的变化及其对各脏器轴(如脑肠轴、肺肠轴、心肠轴、肾肠轴及肝肠轴)的影响。研究表明,肠道微生物群的失衡与各脏器系统的免疫反应和病理改变密切相关,其通过影响炎症因子、免疫细胞迁移等机制参与了远处器官的免疫反应。此外,微生物群对肠道屏障的维护、代谢物的产生及免疫调节具有重要影响。本文概述了正常肠道微生物群的位置、功能、失调机制以及其在重症患者预后中的重要意义,并对肠道微生物群失调对各内脏器官轴产生影响的免疫机制进行综述。
Intestinal microbiota is an important part of human health,especially plays a vital role in maintaining the balance of immune mechanisms among the axis of various organs.Therefore,this article analyzes the changes of intestinal microbiota in critically ill patients and their effects on various organ axes(such as brain-gut axis,lung-gut axis,heart-gut axis,kidney-gut axis and liver-gut axis).Studies have shown that the imbalance of intestinal microbiota is closely related to the immune response and pathological changes of various organ systems.It participates in the immune response of distant organs by affecting inflammatory factors,immune cell migration and other mechanisms.In addition,microbiota plays an important role in maintaining the intestinal barrier,the production of metabolites and immune regulation.This article summarizes the location,function,dysregulation mechanism of normal intestinal microbiota and its significance in the prognosis of critically ill patients,and reviews the immune mechanism of the impact of intestinal microbiota dysregulation on the axis of various internal organs.
