摘要
目的 了解乌鲁木齐市社区护理工作人员的科研能力、影响因素及培训需求情况。方法 于2023年9月-12月采用分层抽样方法,抽取乌鲁木齐市143名社区护理人员,采用自编问卷和护理人员科研能力自我评估量表对研究对象的科研开展情况、科研能力及影响因素进行调查和分析。结果 社区护士发表论文比例较低,科研能力情况平均分为(77.44±23.07)分。社区护士从事护理科研的主要困难为科研方案设计困难(27.27%)、英语水平有限(27.27%)时间精力不足(37.76%)和缺乏指导者(27.97%)。结论 乌鲁木齐市社区护理工作人员科研能力有待提高,主要影响因素有自身学历水平不高,护理科研参与度低,工作繁忙等。
Objective To investigate the scientific research ability,influencing factors and training needs of community nursing staff in Urumqi.Methods From September 2023 to December 2023,143 community nursing staff in Urumqi were selected by stratified sampling,and the self-compiled questionnaire and self-assessment scale of nursing staff's scientific research ability were used to investigate and analyze the scientific research development,scientific research ability and influencing factors of the research subjects.Results The proportion of community nurses who published papers was low,and the average score of scientific research ability was(77.44±23.07).The main difficulties of community nurses in nursing research were difficulty in designing scientific research programs(27.27%),limited English proficiency(27.27%),lack of time and energy(37.76%),and lack of supervisors(27.97%).Conclusion The scientific research ability of community nursing staff in Urumqi needs to be improved,and the main influencing factors are the low level of education,low participation in nursing scientific research,and busy work.
