摘要
为提高实验室质量管理水平,确保监测数据的准确性和可靠性,及时发现由误差导致的异常情况,实验室使用标准物质控制图分析监测结果的变化趋势。实际工作中,常规标准物质控制图存在明显的局限性,只能分析同批次同浓度标准物质质控情况,不能满足质量工作需要。因此,提出以测量误差与不确定度的占比为纵坐标,监测次数为横坐标,绘制新型标准物质控制图。研究表明,用不同批次不同浓度标准物质绘制的新型标准物质控制图能够更好地描述监测数据的“受控状态”。此方法提升了实验室质量管理效果,满足了质量要求,为检测数据的可靠性、有效性坚实基础,可以普遍应用到实验室检测所需的质量管理工作中。
To improve laboratory quality management and ensure accuracy and reliability of monitoring data,control charts for reference materials are used to detect anomalies.Conventional charts are limited to samebatch,same-concentration cases.This study proposes a new chart using measurement error and uncertainty ratio as the y-axis and monitoring frequency as the x-axis.Results show that charts constructed with reference materials of different batches and concentrations better describe“controlled states”.The method improves quality management effectiveness,ensures reliable monitoring data,and provides broad applicability in laboratory practice.
