摘要
研究了管流条件下,不同CO2含量以及饱和CO2介质中,温度、流速、NaCl含量变化对油田集输介质腐蚀性的影响。结果表明:对于存在CO2的腐蚀环境,油田集输介质腐蚀性较强的条件是:60℃、较高流速、饱和CO2、NaCl含量25 g/L;CO2的存在极大地加剧了油田集输介质的腐蚀性。建立了腐蚀数学模型,对所有试验数据预报的平均误差为2.7%,具有较高的准确性。研究所用的腐蚀管流模拟试验装置已申请国家专利,试验评价方法已成为胜利油田的企业标准。
The effects of temperature,flow velocity and NaCl content with saturated CO2 and the effects of various CO2 contents on the corrosivity of oil-field gathering media were studied.In oil-field service,60 ℃,relatively high flow velocity,saturated CO2 and NaCl content 25 g/L were intensive corrosion conditions.CO2 could extremely increase the corrosivity of oil-field medium.A mathematical model of corrosion has been established,average err of all testing data prediction was 2.7%,good accuracy was provided.The c...
