摘要 基于文献计量学方法,利用CiteSpace软件中国知网(CNKI)数据库中2010~2023年间发表的关于建筑业碳排放影响因素的文献进行分析,研究划分为探索和深化两个阶段,并归纳出经济水平、人口城镇化率、能源和产业结构共4个关键影响因素。结果显示,经济水平对建筑碳排放的影响最大,其次为人口城镇化率、能源和产业结构。为有效降低建筑业碳排放,亟需构建建筑业低碳发展协同体系,推动产业结构优化与经济发展质量提升的深度耦合,加速能源结构清洁化转型,强化科技创新驱动与开放合作机制。 Based on the bibliometric method,the CiteSpace software is used to analyze the literature on the influencing factors of carbon emissions in the construction industry published in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database from 2010 to 2023.The research is divided into two stages:Exploration and deepening,and four key influencing factors are summarized,namely economic level,population urbanization rate,energy and industrial structure.The results show that the economic level has the greatest impact on building carbon emissions,followed by the urbanization rate of the population,energy and industrial structure.To effectively reduce carbon emissions in the construction industry,it is urgent to build a collaborative system for low-carbon development in the construction sector,promote the deep coupling of industrial structure optimization and economic development quality improvement,accelerate the clean transformation of the energy structure,and strengthen the mechanism of scientific and technological innovation-driven and open cooperation.
