摘要
机械密封泄漏是海上石油平台注水泵运行过程中的常见问题。通过分析发现,注水泵机械密封泄漏问题主要表现为端面泄漏、静密封点泄漏和高温冒烟,原因主要有元件磨损和腐蚀、运行工况复杂、部件老化与损坏。在发现泄漏后,应及时停机检查,并根据检查结果进行元件更换、修复和调整,全面检查和调试无误后,方可启用。为预防此类问题的发生,可采用优化密封元件选型与机械密封设计、规范安装与调试、加强定期维护保养以及优化运行工况等措施。
Mechanical seal leakage is a common problem during the operation of injection pumps on offshore oil platforms.Through analysis,it is found that the leakage problem of the mechanical seal of the injection pump is mainly manifested as end face leakage,static seal point leakage and high-temperature smoke.The main causes of this problem are component wear and corrosion,complex operating conditions,and aging and damage of components.After leakage is detected,the machine should be shut down promptly for inspection.Based on the inspection results,components should be replaced,repaired and adjusted.Only after a comprehensive inspection and debugging are error-free can it be put back into use.To prevent the occurrence of such problems,measures such as optimizing the selection of sealing elements and the design of mechanical seals,standardizing installation and commissioning,strengthening regular maintenance and upkeep,and optimizing operating conditions can be adopted.
