摘要
腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)术后恐动症是一种病因病机复杂的心理疾病,临床发病率高,严重影响患者的术后康复和生活质量。本文对LDH术后患者发生恐动症的病因病机及中医适宜技术应用于LDH术后恐动症的现状进行梳理,分析中医适宜技术缓解LDH术后恐动症的应用优势,探讨当前研究存在的不足,并提出展望,为临床实践和未来的研究方向提供参考。
Postoperative kinesiophobia in lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is a psychologically complex disorder with high clinical incidence,which severely impacting postoperative recovery and quality of life.This article synthesizes the current understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of postoperative kinesiophobia in LDH and examines the application status of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)therapeutic techniques in its management.It further analyzes the clinical advantages of TCM techniques in alleviating this condition,discusses existing research limitations,and proposes future directions for clinical practice and guide subsequent research.
