摘要
干燥综合征(Sjogren's syndrome,SS)为常见的免疫系统疾病,以泪腺、唾液腺等外分泌腺受损为特征,以眼部干燥、口腔干燥、猖獗齿、吞咽困难、乏力等为主要表现,西医治疗多采用糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂治疗,临床疗效欠佳,口干、眼干的缓解不能满足患者需求;然干燥综合征的中医治疗,于临床实践中,效果显著,为中医优势病种之一。干燥综合征是全身性疾病,治疗要从整体出发,重视脏腑,藏象学说是中医药理论体系之精华,历代中医学家对藏象学说的提出、发展、完善及临床指导应用作出了贡献,为诸多疾病的中医证治提供了优秀、独特的思路与方法。近年来干燥综合征合并肝功能损伤的临床发病率呈上升趋势,该文将以藏象学说为基础,系统探讨干燥综合征合并肝功能损伤的中医辨治,为其临床治疗为临床诊治提供理论依据。
Sjogrens syndrome(SS)is a common immune system disorder characterized by damage to exocrine glands such as lacrimal and salivary glands.It mainly manifests as dry eyes,dry mouth,rampant caries,dysphagia,fatigue,and other symptoms.Western medicine treatment often employs glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants,but the efficacy is often unsatisfactory,and the relief of dry mouth and eyes cannot meet patients'needs.However,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment for SS has shown significant effects in clinical practice and is one of the advantageous diseases treated by TCM.SS is a systemic disease,and its treatment should focus on the overall situation with emphasis on the viscera.The theory of viscera-state is the essence of the TCM theoretical system.Over the ages,TCM experts have contributed to the proposal,development,improvement,and clinical guidance of the theory of viscera-state,providing excellent and unique ideas and methods for the TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of many diseases.In recent years,the number of SS patients with liver function impairment has been increasing daily.Based on the theory of viscera-state,this paper systematically discusses the TCM syndrome dfferentiation and treatment of SS with liver function impairment to provide TCM ideas for its clinical treatment.
