摘要
为了提升化工园区本质安全水平,文章构建以风险预控为核心的安全导向管理体系,采用危险源识别、指标体系设计、多维监测系统与智能预警技术相结合的研究方法,系统分析园区安全管理关键环节,建立闭环控制机制并开展案例验证。结果表明,该体系可显著提升风险识别精度与响应效率,降低事故发生频率,为化工园区实现精细化、动态化安全管理提供有效支撑。
In order to improve the intrinsic safety level of chemical industrial parks and build a safety oriented management system with risk pre-control as the core,a research method combining hazard identif ication,indicator system design,multi-dimensional monitoring system,and intelligent warning technology is adopted to systematically analyze the key links of park safety management,establish a closed-loop control mechanism,and carry out case verif ication.The results indicate that the system can signif icantly improve the accuracy and response eff iciency of risk identif ication,reduce the frequency of accidents,and provide effective support for achieving ref ined and dynamic safety management in chemical industrial parks.
