摘要
现代装备质量业务构成了质量体系,需运用体系理论开展质量建设。文章给出质量体系基本定义,采用体系架构方法分析质量体系,提出质量体系8个视角:质量治理、质量管理、质量技术、质量基础设施、产品质量、过程质量、组织质量、全员质量,据此建立了质量体系架构框架(Quality System of Systems Architecture Framework,QSAF)1.0版,并提出QSAF1.0版金字塔模型。给出质量治理、质量管理、质量技术、质量基础设施、产品质量、过程质量、组织质量、全员质量的定义。提出质量治理、质量管理、质量技术是质量体系的使能系统,质量基础设施是质量体系的基础系统,产品质量、过程质量是质量体系的结果系统,组织质量、全员质量是质量体系的力量系统。实际应用中可根据需要运用QSAF全部视角、部分视角或单个视角开展工作。
Modern equipment quality business constitutes a system of systems and it is expected to develop the theory of quality system of systems to promote quality construction.The basic concept of the quality system of systems(QSoS)is presented.The method of architecture framework is used to analyze QSoS and the view points of QSoS are suggested as quality governance,quality management,quality technology,quality of infrastructure,quality of product,quality of process,quality of organization,quality of total member.Based on the base of these eight view points,the quality system of systems architecture framework(QSAF 1.0 edition)is given.The pyramid model for QSAF 1.0 edition is also presented.The definitions of quality governance,quality management,quality technology,quality of infrastructure,quality of product,quality of process,quality of organization and quality of total member are given respectively.It is suggested that the systems of quality governance,quality management and quality technology are the enable systems of QSoS,quality of infrastructure the foundation system of QSoS,quality of product and quality of process the results systems of QSoS,quality of organization and quality of total member the workforce systems of QSoS.According to different requirement,the total view points,several view points or single view point of QSAF can be found application in quality work.
