商业航天在强化国家太空安全保障体系建设中的需求分析与运用 被引量:1

摘要 随着太空技术的快速发展和太空环境的日益复杂化,商业航天已成为国家太空安全保障体系建设中不可或缺的力量。文章分析了商业航天在强化国家太空安全中的迫切需求,探讨了其在太空安全保障体系中的战略定位与功能角色,重点研究了商业航天在太空态势感知、快速响应发射、在轨服务与维护、通信导航增强等领域的应用场景与实现路径。研究认为,商业航天通过创新商业模式和技术应用,能够有效提升国家太空系统的韧性、可靠性和响应速度,是构建国家太空安全体系的关键支撑。并从完善法规标准体系、加大技术创新支持、深化国际合作等方面,提出了促进商业航天健康发展、推动商业航天更好地服务于国家太空安全战略的思考建议。 With the rapid development of space technology and the increasing complexity of the space environment,commercial aerospace has become an indispensable force in the construction of the national space security assurance system.This paper analyzes the urgent demand for commercial aerospace in strengthening national space security,explores its strategic positioning and functional roles within the space security assurance system,and focuses on its application scenarios and implementation pathways of commercial aerospace in areas such as space situational awareness,rapid response launches,in-orbit services and maintenance,and enhanced communications and navigation.The study argues that commercial aerospace can effectively enhance the resilience,reliability,and responsiveness of national space systems through innovative business models and technological applications,serving as a critical support for building a resilient space security system.Furthermore,the paper proposes recommendations to promote the healthy development of commercial aerospace by improving regulatory standards,strengthening technological innovation support,and deepening international cooperation,in order to better serve the national space security strategy.
