摘要
为解决识别滞后、定位偏差大、方案生成效率低等传统电网事故处理痛点,本研究设计电网事故处理综合辅助决策系统,通过多源数据融合实现事故信息快速识别,结合余弦相似度算法与拓扑修正技术提升故障定位精度,基于知识图谱与NSGA-Ⅱ算法构建智能方案生成与动态优化机制。测试表明,系统事故识别耗时100 ms,定位误差不超过45 m,网损增量控制在2.8%以内,显著提升处置效能。
To address the pain points of traditional power grid accident handling such as lagging identification,large positioning deviation,and inefficient scheme generation,this study designs a comprehensive auxiliary decisionmaking system for power grid accident handling.It achieves rapid identification of accident information through multisource data fusion and improves the accuracy of fault location by combining cosine similarity algorithm and topology correction technology.An intelligent scheme generation and dynamic optimization mechanism is constructed based on the knowledge graph and NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm.Tests show that the system’s accident identification takes 100 ms,the positioning error does not exceed 45 m,and the network loss increment is controlled within 2.8%,significantly improving the handling efficiency.
